Q: How long is the turnaround time?

We usually takes 5 - 6 working days to process your clothes. Clothes collected from office & home will be send back on the following week.

Q: Do you provide express service?

Yes! Please drop off your laundry at our physical store before 10am in the morning, clothes can be collected by noon the following day. This is only applicable on weekdays. Clothes dropped off for express service on Saturday before 10am will only be ready on Monday. Additional charges apply*

Q: How do I know whether my clothes is suitable for dry clean or washing?

Don't fret! Hand it over to our experts to do the job for you, they will be able to categorise for you. Alternatively, you may refer to the washing instruction attached to your clothes.

Q: Why is there a price difference for the same items?

The prices listed on our website is the minimum charge of the item. The price might differ due to the size/length/thickness of the items. For example, a floor-length dress will cost more than a knee-length dress.

Q: Why does the stain doesn't come out after washing?

Kindly note that 100% removal of stain is not guaranteed as stated in the terms and conditions. We will try to remove it at the best of our ability without straining the clothes. If you wish to have it rewash, just let us know and we will do it without charge.

Q: Do you do home delivery?

Yes, we do free pick ups and drop off for orders over $80. Moreover, office delivery has no minimum amount to hit.
